About Angel Wings

I created this blog to help parents, friends, and family members cope with the loss of a child. When a parent loses a child the parents world is shattered. A childs death is something that is not suppose to happen. In our society it is still considered a taboo subject and because of that many parents feel they have no one to turn to for help.

We lost our son Cory to SIDS on April 22, 2006. Many things I write about apply to all forms of child loss but some sections are directed towards SIDS. As time goes on I will have guest writers who are parents that have lost their children because of other causes. If you would like to be a guest writer feel free to contact me.
